20 ml TeutoGIN

Lime or lemon

 

 

Preparation approx. 5 minutes

 

For the mild GIN shot variant, the GIN can be mixed with a splash of tonic water.

 

Visually appealing and fruity fresh, a fresh raspberry, strawberry or pomegranate can be added to each glass instead of lemon.

VIRGIN ICE

GIN Tonic Eis

Ingredients for 4 servings

50 ml TeutoVIR GIN

300 g raspberries (frozen)

250 ml tonic water

Juice of half a lime

150 ml of water

2 tbsp sugar

Preparation approx. 7 minutes + 6 hours cooling time

 

Chop the frozen raspberries in a bag and place in the ice cream mold. Bring the water, sugar and lime juice to the boil briefly and allow to cool. Add TeutoVIR GIN and tonic water and also pour into the ice cream mold. Everything min. Place in the freezer for 6 hours.

Lime wedge

Preparation approx. 5 minutes

 

Put TeutoVIR GIN, lime juice and raspberry jam with the ice cubes in a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and garnish with a wedge of lime.

30 ml woodruff syrup

Juice of half a lime

4 ice cubes

approx. 120 ml sparkling wine

Lime slices and mint

Preparation approx. 5 minutes

 

Shake the GIN, woodruff syrup, the juice and ice cubes in a shaker and pour into a glass. Pour in sparkling wine and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.

The aromas of rosemary and woodruff complement each other perfectly and create a wonderfully fresh interplay

160 ml tonic
4 ice cubes

Preparation approx. 5 minutes

 

Put the ice cubes in a glass and pour the GIN over it. Fill up with chilled tonic water and watch the color change. A great show effect for the invited guests. Finally, hang a lemon wedge on the edge. The Magic GIN Tonic is ready.

160 ml TeutoVir GIN

250 g strawberries

1 vanilla pod

180 ml lime juice

1 liter of mineral water

300 ml strawberry syrup

Crushed ice

Preparation approx. 15 minutes

 

Quarter the strawberries. Scrape out the vanilla pulp. Mix the vanilla pulp, lime juice, GIN, mineral water and strawberry syrup in a punch bowl. Add the strawberries and top up with ice. Arrange punch in glasses.

Preparation approx. 5 minutes

 

Pour the ice cubes into a glass and pour the GIN over it. Top up with chilled tonic water. The classic gin and tonic is ready as a long drink. Depending on the tonic used and preferences, there are different mixing ratios or other ingredients that can be combined. These include B. a slice of cucumber, rosemary, red pepper and other ingredients and decorations.

10 ml of sugar syrup

100 ml of soda water

Preparation approx. 5 minutes

 

Put the ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture through the strainer into a long drink glass and fill up with soda water as you like.

50 ml TeutoGIN

250 ml lemon juice

Cucumber or raspberry

Preparation approx. 15 minutes

 

Ice cream, party fun with a difference or summer pleasure! Choose the TeutoGIN depending on your taste and color preference.

 

Mix all ingredients and fill each with two cucumber slices or fresh berries into ice cream molds with a stick. Freeze in the freezer overnight. The surprise for the guests is ready!

Orange peel

Piece of fresh ginger

2-3 cloves

200 ml apple juice

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes

 

Put all ingredients, except the gin, in a saucepan and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes. Then pour the amount into a heat-resistant glass and add 20-30 ml of GIN. Garnish the mulled gin with a cinnamon stick and orange.

Cucumber Gimlet

150 ml TeutoGIN

1 bunch of basil

⅓ Organic cucumber

85 g sugar

1 lime

Crushed ice

Mineral water

Preparation time approx. 25 minutes

 

Pluck the basil leaves from the stems. Peel the cucumber all around with a peeler. Put the peel strips aside for decoration.

Roughly dice the rest of the cucumber. Add the basil and sugar. Purée finely with a hand blender. Strain through a sieve into a large carafe. Stir lime juice and GIN into a carafe.

Divide the crushed ice and strips of cucumber peel into glasses. Add the cucumber gimlet. Top up with mineral water.

100-120 ml TeutoGIN

50 grams of sugar

1 lime

120 g sour cherries (frozen)

600 ml tonic water

or soda water

Ice cubes

Rosemary sprig

Preparation approx. 15 minutes

 

Rub the lime zest and squeeze out the lime juice. Cook both with the sugar for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in frozen sour cherries. Puree the mixture and pass through a sieve. Stir in the GIN and divide into 4 glasses. Add ice cubes and top up with tonic or soda water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and cherries.
